Purpose and Private Status

Isabella County Released Inmates is an independent reference site. It does not represent a court, sheriff, jail, parole office, corrections department, or other public agency. The site does not hold official case, booking, release, or supervision records. Its operators cannot confirm a person's custody status, order a release, change a public record, submit a court filing, or act for a government office.

The site's role is limited to organizing links and explanatory material about Isabella County inmate and release resources. It may also connect visitors with outside research tools. Official facts remain with the Isabella County Sheriff's Office, the trial court, the Michigan Department of Corrections, or the other public body that created the record.

Permitted and Prohibited Conduct

You may use the site only for lawful, personal, and purpose-appropriate research. Access does not grant permission to misuse public information, interfere with site operations, or bypass technical controls. In particular, you agree that you will not:

Information Provided As Is

The site and all content are offered “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no promise is made about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any information.
• Continuous, timely, or uninterrupted access.
• The absence of errors, bugs, harmful code, or security weaknesses.
• The scope, completeness, or usefulness of a partner's search results.

Custody status, court entries, supervision records, and release information can change without notice. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Isabella County Sheriff's Office, the Criminal Justice Center, MDOC, a court, or any other public body. Confirm material facts with the office that created the record.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Isabella County Released Inmates, its owners, operators, contributors, and partners will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site or any outside service. This limit applies even if the possibility of loss was known or should have been known. Any rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

Your Duty to Indemnify

To the extent the law permits, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Isabella County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and partners from claims, liabilities, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the site, your misuse of information, your violation of another person's rights, or your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Ownership of Site Materials

The site's original text, graphics, logo, page design, and code belong to Isabella County Released Inmates or its content partners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, alter, or create derivative works from those materials without prior written permission. Government records and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners, and linking to them does not transfer ownership.

Updates to These Conditions

These Terms & Conditions may be revised at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted on the site unless the posting states a later date. You are responsible for reviewing the current terms, and continued use after an update means that you accept the revised conditions.

Suspension or Loss of Access

Access to all or part of the site may be suspended, restricted, or ended at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. This includes access affected by misuse, a breach of these terms, maintenance, security needs, legal requirements, or discontinuation of a feature. Michigan Law Governs

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning the site or these terms must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Michigan, unless controlling law requires a different forum.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds any provision invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable. If adjustment is not possible, the affected provision will be separated. Every other provision will remain in effect.
